Solid Developments is a development company with two commercial and administrative projects listed with us in 6th of October: Crosswalk Mall on about 11 feddans near the 26th of July Axis, and Golf Central Mall on the Cairo-Alexandria Desert Road. Below is what concerns its two projects.

Solid projects and prices

Crosswalk Mall October is a mixed-use complex with commercial, administrative and medical units and serviced apartments. Buildings cover no more than 40% of the land, and the rest is given to the plaza, green space and pedestrian walkways. The smallest commercial unit, at 60 square meters, starts from EGP 9.6 million as of November 2026, with installments up to 7 years.

Golf Central Mall stands on 7.5 feddans, with shops from 30 to 200 square meters and administrative offices from 55 to 152 square meters. Prices start from EGP 8.9 million as of November 2026. The project is under construction.

Delivery

Crosswalk is expected to be delivered in 2029 or 2030. We advise you to fix the date in the contract and to ask us for the construction status.
