AJAD Developments is an Egyptian-Saudi company that entered the Egyptian market with Elaia compound New Heliopolis, on 85 feddans. When it launched in August 2025, the company announced an investment plan of about EGP 30 billion. In September 2026 it announced an increase in its capital to EGP 4 billion, with MG Development joining as a strategic partner.
