Al Emarat Development is a developer that entered the Egyptian market in January 2026 with its first commercial project, First Plaza Mall in October Gardens.
About Al Emarat Development
The company’s board is chaired by Abdallah El-Menshawy, Ismail El-Menshawy is managing director, and Sobhy Adel runs sales. The company has announced a five-year plan covering three projects, one of which the developer describes as a fully integrated urban development, and says First Plaza is the start of a series of mixed-use projects.
For its first project it relies on specialist partners: Hafez Consultants for space planning and design, and KAD Commercial Property Management for operations. The company targets contracted sales of up to 60% of the project value during 2026, which is a stated target and not an achieved figure.
Al Emarat Development projects
The only project announced in Egypt so far is First Plaza Mall in October Gardens, on Lotus Street at the entrance of Touristic Area A on about 5,000 sqm, with shops from 25 sqm and administrative and medical units from 40 sqm, delivered within two and a half years of its launch.
Because it is a new company in the Egyptian market it has no previous deliveries in Egypt, and when contracting we advise asking for the execution schedule and guarantees in writing. To explore projects in the area, browse October Gardens projects.
