Al-Futtaim Real Estate is the real estate arm of the UAE’s Al-Futtaim Group, and Cairo Festival City in New Cairo is attributed to it. It is separate from Majid Al Futtaim, the owner of Mall of Egypt. The developer here is Al-Futtaim.
About the company and its project in Egypt
The land was allocated to the company in the late 1990s, covering about 700 feddans (roughly 2.94 million square meters). Development opened in 2010, and Cairo Festival City mall opened in November 2013 with the first IKEA store in Egypt. The city includes residential, commercial, administrative and hotel areas.
Prices and payment plans
