Anchor Developments is the development arm of Al Sarh Holding, with contracting experience that goes back to 1990. In November 2022 the company announced Rivoli Mall in the New Administrative Capital, inside the services area of Blue Vert compound, with investments of about EGP 3 billion. The mall covers 10,815 square meters and its facilities are managed by MRB.
