About Aspect Developments

Aspect began with one clearly defined project rather than a wide portfolio, so its whole focus went into the details of Jade & Blue: a master plan that dedicates about 80% of the land to green space, 12 buildings of ground plus four floors, and only four units per floor to limit crowding and add privacy.

On the project the company worked with specialist offices in planning, design and execution, including Inversion, Grid and U Design. That means the compound was designed by firms experienced in residential communities, although the company’s own track record is short because this is its first venture in the market.
