Capital Link Developments is an Egyptian company founded in 2020 and chaired by Eng. Ashraf Badie, who has more than 20 years of real estate development experience, with projects in Cairo, Sharm El Sheikh and Hurghada. It belongs to Master Link Holding. His surname is also written Badee.

The company’s best-known project is Kardia compound in District 8 (R8) of the New Administrative Capital, on 23 feddans, with apartments, duplexes and a Castro Villa phase. The company contracted Master Link Contracting to build the first phase for EGP 570 million, Hewedy Consultant for supervision, and Medad Engineering Consultants to design the mall and the club. The company says it holds a land bank of five projects in the New Administrative Capital.
