Centri Plaza stands in the heart of Downtown on 4,600 square metres and includes retail, administrative and medical units. Bella Vista is at Kilometre 111 of the Alexandria-Marsa Matrouh Road inside New Alamein City, with a built density of no more than 20% of the land, and an announced delivery date of December 2029.
