Eng. Mohamed Edris chairs the company, which has worked in the Egyptian market for more than 25 years. It started in contracting and engineering works before expanding into real estate development. Ons compound, New Zayed

Ons compound covers 83 feddans opposite Sphinx Airport in New Zayed. It offers apartments from 75 to 221 sqm, townhouses from 160 sqm, twin houses from 205 sqm and villas from 254 sqm. The project launched in 2025 with investments of EGP 13.5 billion and about 1,012 units.

Green 5 and Green 6

Green 5 compound covers 20 feddans, 75% of it green space, with 20 buildings of apartments and penthouses from 165 to 320 sqm. Green 6 October compound covers about 13 feddans in 6th of October, mostly green areas and water features.

Mabany Edris prices and payment plans

Prices change constantly:

• Ons: townhouses from EGP 14.9 to 18.95 million, twin houses from EGP 20.66 million and standalone villas from EGP 27.75 million. Plans include a 5% down payment with 9 years of installments, 5% plus another 5% after 3 months with 10 years, or a 10% down payment with installments up to 12 years. The reservation deposit is EGP 100,000 for apartments and EGP 200,000 for villas.
• Green 6: units start from EGP 4,205,000 with a 10% down payment and installments over up to 10 years.
• Green 5: starts from EGP 8 million with a 20% down payment and installments over up to 5 years.

Mabany Edris delivery and construction record

In a statement published in January 2026, the company said it has delivered about 2,000 units so far, including 150 units in 2025, and is preparing to deliver 300 units during 2026, with Green 6 handovers being readied.
