Marakez combines commercial and residential development. Its announced commercial work includes Tanta Mall, which opened in 2019 on more than 135,000 square meters and is described as the first mall built to international standards in the Delta governorates, and Mansoura Mall, whose foundation stone was laid in March 2021 with first-phase investments of EGP 1 billion. In residential development it is known for District 5 in New Cairo.

Crescent Walk Sixth Settlement

Crescent Walk Compound covers 118 feddans next to Zed East Compound, near the Middle Ring Road. It has apartments from 83 square meters, townhouses from 236, twin houses from 273 and standalone villas from 233 square meters, with green areas, artificial lakes and a commercial zone on the ring road.

District 6 Sixth Settlement

District 6 Compound sits on about 128 feddans in the heart of New Cairo. It offers apartments, duplexes, penthouses, townhouses, twin houses and standalone villas.

Giza Terraces 6th of October

Giza Terraces Compound is the company’s newest project in west Cairo. It offers villas with a modern design that balances privacy and comfort.

Marakez prices and payment plans

Prices change constantly:

Crescent Walk: a one-bedroom apartment from EGP 8.1 million, two bedrooms from EGP 13 million, three bedrooms from EGP 17 million, four bedrooms from EGP 24.6 million, townhouses from EGP 31.9 million and twin houses from EGP 35.9 million. Payment is an 8% down payment, then 4% after 3 months, with installments up to 8 years, and a discount of up to 40% for cash payment under the announced offer.
District 6: apartments start from EGP 19.5 million, penthouses from EGP 26.5 million, townhouses from EGP 28 million, duplexes from EGP 29 million, twin houses from EGP 36 million and standalone villas from EGP 37.5 million, with an 8% down payment, then 4%, and installments up to 8 years.
Giza Terraces: a 10% down payment and 9 years of installments as announced. The current price list is sent on request.

Marakez’s delivery and construction record

The company announced the opening of Tanta Mall in 2019, which is part of its completed announced work. For the residential projects we list, the announced delivery at Crescent Walk is apartments 4 years after contract, semi-finished, and villas after 3 years.
