Milestone Developments is the developer of The Cord Business Complex Mall 6th of October. It is part of a Saudi group owned by Mohammed bin Daar Al Ajmi. On 15 July 2024, The Cord was announced as the company’s first project in the Egyptian market, with investments of EGP 10 billion.

The announced project is The Cord, on 6 feddans overlooking the 26th of July Axis. It includes commercial, administrative and medical units with areas starting from 25 square meters, and the design is by the office of Eng. Raef Fahmy. Management includes Nagy Ismail as vice president and Mohamed Fathy as CEO, with Mohammed bin Daar Al Ajmi as chairman, and execution starts in January 2025.
