Milestone announced the project on 15 July 2024 as its first project in the Egyptian market, with EGP 10 billion in investments, on a 6-feddan plot overlooking the 26th of July Corridor next to Dolphin Mall and 5 minutes from Arabella Mall and Sheikh Zayed. The announcement states that construction starts in January 2025 and that the first handovers are expected within three years. It gives administrative unit sizes between 27 and 247 sqm, commercial units between 25 and 1,743 sqm and medical units between 28 and 128 sqm, and a launch plan starting with 5% at reservation and a period of up to 6 years.

The complex sits directly on the 26th of July Corridor in 6th of October City, and can be reached via the Wahat Road and the Ring Road. It neighbours Ever West Compound, Mehwar Plaza Mall, Dar Al Fouad Hospital, MSA University, Misr International University and 6th of October University, and it is within reach of Mall of Egypt and Arabella Mall. The project is near the Gehina, Riyada and Hosary squares, the Giza Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum.
