About New Generation Development
The company works in two different locations. In the New Administrative Capital it is building Botanica in residential district R7, on about 23 feddans with 966 units, with 81% of the area given to green spaces and lakes. On the North Coast it is launching Alma at Km 110 of the Alexandria-Matrouh road, on a site of between 113 and 135 feddans. We have not confirmed the founding year or the current management details, so we do not include them.

Botanica comes with a 10% down payment, installments over up to 10 years and semi-finished units. Alma comes with a 10% down payment, installments over up to 7 years and delivery in the last quarter of 2027.
