Orientals for Urban Development (OUD) was founded in 1994 by Mohamed Farid Khamis and belongs to Oriental Weavers Group. Its projects include Azdear in New Cairo, Heliopolis Hills in El Obour, G Nob in the New Administrative Capital, Baron City, Marina Gate on the North Coast, and Korba Royal Residence.
