Polaris Parks has developed industrial parks in Egypt for about twenty years. It has put around 560 million dollars into direct industrial infrastructure, its industrial developments cover more than 10 million square meters, and it plans cumulative industrial investment of up to 4.5 billion dollars. From that experience in execution and infrastructure, the group moved into residential development by creating Polaris Homes.

The group comes from a Turkish background, and that shows in the design of its first residential project, which draws on contemporary Turkish architecture. Polaris Homes is run by Managing Director Osman Evren Arıkan and General Manager Eng. Bassel Shoirah.

Özel Sheikh Zayed is the company’s first residential project, on Al Nozha Street opposite Al Rabwa Compound. It offers twin houses of 247 and 265 square meters with four bedrooms, and apartments of 132, 144 and 164 square meters, fully finished or semi-finished, in a low-density community with generous green areas and glass facades. Payment plans run up to 8 years, and deliveries start within 3 years of launch.
