Pyramids Developments is an Egyptian development group chaired by Eng. Walid El Tayeb, with a strong presence in the New Administrative Capital through commercial, administrative, medical and residential projects. West Capital offers three of its projects: Grand Square Mall and Mega Mall in the New Administrative Capital, and Pyramids City 5 October compound.

About Pyramids Developments

The group began building Grand Square Mall in 2019 on 7,800 sqm in the Business District, and delivered and opened it in 2023. It has announced the delivery and opening of La Capital compound on 13.5 feddans in District R7, Champs Elysees Mall in the Government District on 8,700 sqm, and Paris Mall on 23,700 sqm. Pyramids Business Tower is under construction, and the group is also developing the Sky City El Galala resort in Ain Sokhna on about 282 feddans, part of which is already operating. In the New Administrative Capital, the group is building Mega Mall on about 140 feddans at the southern entrance. It is under construction and sold in phases.
