TG Developments is an Egyptian company chaired by Ashraf Tahoun. It currently runs three residential projects: Palm Capital in El Shorouk on 18 feddans along the Gamal Abdel Nasser Axis, Palm Island on the Suez Road opposite Gate 3 of Madinaty on 12 feddans, and Palm East in the Southern Investors Area in the Fifth Settlement.
