ARQA Developments Group is an Egyptian company headed by Eng. Helmy Abbas, and it has worked in the Egyptian market since 2019. It launched Annex 26 Business Complex October on the 26th of July Axis in 6th of October, and announced sales above EGP 1.5 billion within 45 days of launch. It also signed a partnership with Vodafone Egypt to develop smart infrastructure inside the project, and it has another project, iBusiness Park, in the New Administrative Capital. Annex 26 prices start from EGP 5.85 million with a 5% down payment, as of the latest update in October 2026.
