Distinctive features include panoramic elevators rising about 91 meters, green space making up around 60% of the project, and an open plaza with a dancing fountain and an open-air stage. The building is managed by KAD, which specializes in managing commercial facilities.

Resale advertisements show small offices at about EGP 5.07 million for a 31 sqm unit and about EGP 6.48 million for a 37 sqm office. The price of the same unit differs by phase and offer, so we confirm the current price before you reserve.

Since ground-floor and shop prices are much higher than prices on the upper floors, the realistic range for shops starts at large sums, reaching tens of millions for the bigger spaces. Ask us for the list of units available at the actual price.

Payment Plans and Delivery

The most requested plan is a 5% down payment with installments up to 6 years in equal payments with no interest. Two more plans are available: a 10% down payment with 7-year installments, and a 20% down payment with 8-year installments.
