Oro is built on 38 feddans in District 7 (R7), plot E4, in partnership with Al Shams Housing and Development. It includes 26 buildings of ground plus 7 floors, and some buildings have semi-finished units available for immediate handover. N Mall is developed by Olive Tree, a company within the group, on plot MU1/15 in the Downtown district near the Almasah Hotel, on a land area of more than 2,300 square meters with eight floors. The group has another project, Oro El Obour.

N Mall is organized vertically: retail from the ground floor to the third, clinics on the fourth, and offices from the fifth to the eighth, with two basement levels of parking totaling around 4,600 square meters. We do not publish a unit count for Oro because the company has not announced a final figure.
