Unit prices at the project start from EGP 5.39 million with full finishing. Payment plans range from a 10% down payment with installments up to 10 years for the townhouse offer, to a 30% down payment with installments up to 8 years for the standard plan, as of the October 2026 update. About Reportage

Reportage Properties was founded in 2014 in Abu Dhabi, where its headquarters is based, and it has offices in Dubai, Cairo, Istanbul and Riyadh. It delivered its first project, Leonardo Residences in Masdar City, Abu Dhabi, in 2018, and then expanded into residential projects inside and outside the UAE. The company says it has designed and planned more than 11,000 residential units since its founding.

In Egypt the company has worked since 2021 through the Montenapoleone project in Mostakbal City in New Cairo, and it later added a coastal project on the North Coast.
