The project covers 16,600 sqm and includes two unit types (October 2026 data):

• Standalone villas with built-up areas of 244, 253 and 256 sqm, on three floors (ground, first and roof) with five bedrooms.
• Townhouses of 260, 271 and 282 sqm, with five bedrooms and three bathrooms (four bathrooms in the 282 sqm model).
• Corner units and middle units are available.
