Waterway West is the company’s newest project in west Cairo. It appeared among the October 2026 launches on 47 feddans behind Cairo Gate compound in the Green Revolution area of Sheikh Zayed, combining apartments, penthouses, offices, shops and a My Otel hotel, with a 5% down payment and installments over up to 7 years.
The Capital Way is in District R7 next to the Diplomatic District, on 42 feddans with a building ratio of no more than 17%, in buildings of ground plus 7 floors. The View is on North 90 Street opposite the American University, with a 10% down payment, installments over up to 9 years and delivery in Q4 2029. The Waterway is at Kilo 173 in Dabaa on about 124 feddans, with delivery announced for December 2027. 5A Mall is an operating commercial, administrative and medical complex on about 35,000 sqm at the South 90 entrance.
