Two installment plans are available for apartments: a 10% down payment with 7-year installments, or a 10% down payment with 8-year installments. Installments run 8 years for residential units, 6 years for medical units and 7 years for administrative units, with a reservation fee of EGP 50,000 for residential and EGP 100,000 for medical and administrative units.

Another plan offers a 5% down payment with 10-year installments, and one offers a 20% down payment with 8-year installments. The choice between these plans depends on your budget and investment horizon, and we calculate the monthly installment for each plan before you decide. Prices and purchase terms may keep changing, so it is best to lock in the price in the reservation contract and ask whether there are any additional payments at handover, such as a maintenance deposit.
