The compound is at Kilometer 19 of the Cairo-Alexandria Desert Road in 6th of October City, Giza Governorate, next to Mountain View Giza Plateau. One advantage of the location is that it is very close to the main roads and tourist landmarks. The following times are approximate:

• 1 to 3 minutes to the Ring Road and 26th of July Axis.
• About 5 minutes to Lebanon Square, El Remaya and Dandy Mall, and about 5 to 10 minutes to the Grand Egyptian Museum.
• About 13 minutes to the Giza Pyramids, and about 14 minutes to Mall of Egypt.
• About 23 minutes to Sheikh Zayed, and about 30 minutes to Sphinx International Airport.

Units in the compound range across apartments, townhouses, twin houses, villas and duplexes, with built-up areas from 110 to 370 sqm. The project is released in two phases. The first phase includes villas, twin houses and townhouses, and the second has apartments, duplexes and townhouses with full finishing.

• Two-bedroom apartments: 183 to 194 sqm, plus models of 81 and 129 sqm.
• Three-bedroom apartments: 212 to 230 sqm.
• Townhouse: about 287 sqm with three bedrooms and five bathrooms.
• Other units of 110, 170, 192 and 319 sqm appear on other lists.

Lists of available offers differ because some units have already sold. The project may have sold out from the developer, with more than 50 resale units available. Ask about the unit actually available, whether from the developer or the secondary market.

Prices at Pyramids Hills

Prices vary widely by unit type and phase: a 75 sqm one-bedroom apartment from EGP 11.53 million, an 81 sqm apartment from EGP 11.92 million, and a 129 sqm apartment from EGP 17.32 million (updated 24 September 2026). Resale units start from about EGP 8.5 million.

• One page lists a plan with a 5% down payment and 10 years of installments, which needs to be confirmed because it differs from the other plans.

The delivery date differs widely by unit and phase: delivery in November 2024 with construction starting in March 2024, possibly 2023 for fully finished units, and in some cases extending to 2029. For that reason you should ask in writing for your unit’s delivery date and its actual condition.

Since the Pyramids view is the main draw, it is best to view the unit at sunset and in the morning to check the line of sight, and to ask about future building plans on neighboring land that may affect the view. These details do not normally appear in advertised offers.

The project is developed by Ora Developers, which is owned by businessman Naguib Sawiris and was founded in 2016. The project’s link to a major group gives buyers some reassurance about build quality, but there is no substitute for reviewing the contract, the delivery schedule and the ownership documents before paying. One page spells the company’s name differently (Aura), which is most likely a typo, so we recommend verifying the official name of the contracting company in the contract.
