About Suli Golf Residence

Suli Golf Residence is the fourth residential project by UC in the New Capital. The company chose not to compete on size or unit count and built an idea not yet offered inside the city: a residential community designed around the sport of golf. It set aside about 5 feddans for the course, the largest golf area in the eighth district, plus about one and a half feddans for a premium social club and 7,500 square meters for an internal retail mall.

The project has 42 buildings, each ground plus seven floors, and every building has two passenger elevators, a service elevator and two private underground garages. Gardens 22 meters wide separate the buildings and give each unit privacy and an open view of 30 to 360 meters over green space.

Buildings take only about 20% of the project area while 80% goes to gardens, artificial lakes and green pedestrian paths, which lowers resident density by about 40% below the average of New Capital compounds. The design is contemporary with classic European touches, glass facades and painted concrete in beige, grey and white, by the engineering consultant Archrete.

Wide balconies and panoramic windows open onto the course and the lakes, daylight reaches every unit, and each building faces a green view from at least two sides. That makes the project suited to anyone who wants space and calm inside the capital without moving away from services.
