EGYGAB Developments is an Egyptian developer founded in 1977 by engineer Samir Gaballah, with more than 40 years of experience in design, contracting, construction management and urban planning. Its main project on our listings is Granda Shorouk compound, opposite Madinaty.

The company’s projects include Granda Life, Molly The Edge and The Fount in El Shorouk, The Island in the New Administrative Capital and Masaya village on the North Coast. It also entered education in 1993 with the Egyptian Language School.
