About Majorelle New Zayed

Majorelle is a villa-only project divided into three phases separated by green areas and artificial lakes. Green and water areas reach about 80% and, in another figure, 85%. Every villa has a private garden, and some come with a private swimming pool and a private roof.

The design draws on European style, with white facades and modern architectural lines, and the floor plans are spread across 24 layouts, including apartments, duplexes and villas. Figures differ by phase and unit type in some details, and smaller units may appear, so we present the main numbers as ranges and confirm them with you with the developer.

Majorelle suits large families looking for a standalone home with a garden and possibly a private pool. It also suits anyone who prefers a small, quiet community (only 10 feddans) to a huge compound. As an investment, a limited number of villas in a small project usually sit in the higher price bracket, so the return depends on the actual delivery date and on market conditions at the time of resale. As of October 2026, prices at Majorelle start from EGP 12 million (EGP 12.9 million appears elsewhere), and higher prices are listed for specific units. Prices run as follows:

• 253 m² townhouse: from EGP 14.19 million.
• 312 m² standalone villa: from EGP 21.25 million.
• A 5% down payment and installments over up to 10 years (the main plan).
• A 10% down payment and installments over up to 6 years, or a 15% down payment and installments over up to 7 years, with 5% on handover.
• A plan with a 10% down payment and installments over up to 7 years is also available.
• A cash payment discount of up to 20%.

Delivery is in the last quarter of 2026. Some clients still complain about long delivery times, so we advise checking progress on the ground and having the delivery date written into the contract.
