O Riva is one of the newest neighborhoods Orascom has added to the O West masterplan, a complete town on about 1,000 feddans, with about 80% of the area given to landscape and green space. Unlike the villa and townhouse neighborhoods in the same town, O Riva is limited to apartments, so it suits buyers who want a unit with a single entrance and lighter upkeep than a standalone house, inside a large community with its own services.

The name is also written “O Riva”, “ORiva” and “O Riva O West”. All refer to one neighborhood inside O West, not a separate project. It shares the town’s general infrastructure: electronic gates, surveillance, walking and cycling paths and the sports club.

O West divides the town into neighborhoods, each with its own character, unit sizes and prices. That lets a buyer pick the right entry level while keeping the same shared services.
