The basic plan is a 10% down payment with installments over up to 10 years and no discount. Shorter plans with discounts are available:

• 7 years of installments with a 20% discount.
• 5 years of installments with a 30% discount.
• 3 years of installments with a 38% discount.
• 2 years of installments with a 40% discount, and 1 year with a 42% discount.
• Cash with a discount of up to 45%.

The reservation amount is about EGP 50,000. Extra costs include club membership (about EGP 65,000 over four years from handover), a garage space at about EGP 95,000 and a maintenance deposit of about EGP 10,000. On delivery, ready units from the first phase have been available since 2023.
