Beta Egypt launched the project in three phases of 292, 250 and 188 units, 730 units in total (June 2021). The count may reach around 850, a gap that may come from later phases being added. Buildings range from ground floor plus up to five typical floors. Built-up area is about 20%, while green and water areas cover about 80% of the land.

Units are delivered semi-finished. Entrances feature marble, granite and modern facades, and the layout separates pedestrian paths from internal roads. This project should not be confused with Beta Greens October, a different compound in 6th of October with a different area.

Location of Beta Greens Mostakbal City

The compound is in Mostakbal City, east of Cairo, close to the city’s main axes and the Regional Ring Road. The average price per meter in the project is close to EGP 82,000, ranging from EGP 80,000 to EGP 96,000 per meter depending on the unit and its finishing. These figures are a guide only, because the actual price is set by the owner for resale units and by the developer for new units.

• Original developer plan: 10% down payment with installments over up to 7 years (another plan runs over 6 years).
• Second phase: 15% down payment with installments over 7.5 years.
• Resale units: usually a 50% down payment with installments over two years, varying with the owner’s terms.
