About Coflow Mall Mostakbal City

In December 2024 Tatweer Misr announced a partnership with the global IWG group, operator of the Regus and Spaces brands, to open a Regus center inside the first phase of Coflow, with shared workspaces, serviced offices, business lounges and meeting rooms. The Regus space is about 1,200 sq m within a development of 45,000 sq m in total (December 2024).

The idea is that an investor, doctor or business owner buys a ready, fully finished unit, while the developer runs the building and provides shared services such as reception, meeting rooms, high-speed internet, maintenance, cleaning and security. The mall also includes a hypermarket, cinema halls, a restaurant area, dancing fountains and green spaces. The strength of the location is that Coflow sits inside a large residential community. Bloomfields covers 415 feddans and has about 10,700 residential units (July 2024), alongside a 90-feddan education zone known as College Town.
