About Jadinah New Heliopolis

In July 2026 the company began construction of the residential and administrative buildings on 25 feddans, the first phase of Jadinah, which covers 300 feddans in total. It launched the execution works for phase one, which includes 560 residential units, and the phase received the gold certificate of the Egyptian Green Pyramid Rating System. The company has also started obtaining licenses for phase two of the project.

The design is built on privacy. The residential area is walled with gates, while commercial and administrative activities are pushed to the edges of the project outside the gate. The built-up ratio is only 20%, against green areas and water features of about 55%. Around 10 residential buildings are spread among pedestrian paths, internal gardens and internal roads 15 to 25 meters wide.
