About Urban Mall Badr City

The project was announced as a partnership between AWJ and Elegance, and is presented as the first and largest entertainment mall in Badr City’s premium district. The building has a low ground floor, an upper ground floor and a first floor, and the final number of levels will be settled by the approved drawings.

Arkrete designed the scheme, engineering consultancy comes from Mahram Bakhoum alongside a Canadian general consultant, and green and open space makes up about 80% of the site. The facade has an eco-minded character in line with international green-building standards.
