City Edge Developments is an Egyptian real estate development company founded in 2017 as a partnership between the New Urban Communities Authority, the Housing and Development Bank and the Holding Company for Real Estate Investment and Development. The Authority holds about 60% and the bank about 38%. The company develops residential communities and mixed-use projects and manages assets. Its North Coast projects include Downtown New Alamein and Latin City in New Alamein City, along with projects in New Cairo and elsewhere.
