About Capital Green New Zayed

Capital Green stands out for its relatively small area and low building ratio. The total area is about 21,000 m² (roughly 5 feddans), and buildings take up only 15% of the land. These figures vary by phase, so we present them as estimates and go over them with you before contracting.

The project offers a mix of apartments, townhouses, twin houses and standalone villas in a modern architectural design, with units delivered in super lux finishing. The project may not be fully available in the primary market, so buyers find a limited number of developer units alongside resale units.

The range of types lets buyers choose a unit to fit their budget: the apartment for a lower entry price, the townhouse and twin house for a private garden on a smaller plot than a villa, and the standalone villa for full privacy on a plot of more than 470 m². The five payment plans give some flexibility in setting the down payment and monthly installment, but each extension of the installment period comes with a higher required down payment, as the announced plans show.
