The announced payment plans are a 5% down payment on contract with installments over up to 7 years. A plan with a 5% down payment and up to 10 years is also available, as is a 5% down payment with up to 8 years for The Hills phase. Older plans required a 10% down payment with 5 years of installments, or 15% with 6 years. The announced delivery date is the fourth quarter of 2029, and other phases may differ.
