This large contradiction means none of the figures works as a final price.

Zaeem Holding does not quote prices in its launch announcement, so we recommend requesting the updated price list from the developer directly, and we provide it on WhatsApp when you ask. As a rule, confirm the total price per sqm including finishing and parking before you compare.
