Ashgar City is one of the established residential communities in October Gardens. Its building ratio is only about 30%, and it includes several phases, chiefly Ashgar Residence and City Central, along with the Garden Gate and Kenana phases. The project has around 4,000 residential units.

The condition of the phases varies. Ashgar Residence is complete, its units are fully sold, and its delivery date was August 2024. City Central has been delivered, at prices that started from EGP 3 million. The rest of the project is under development, with units ready for handover and others delivered from 2027 to 2030.
