About De Joya Residence

De Joya Residence is marketed as a standalone residential phase within the De Joya New Zayed scheme. While De Joya Villas focuses on villas and twin houses, Taj Misr has set this phase aside for apartments and duplexes in low-rise buildings. The project covers roughly 90 feddans of a 132-feddan plot that holds both phases. The first phase of buildings extends over 92 feddans, and a figure of 80 feddans also appears for the project, so we treat the number with caution and show it as a range of 80 to 92 feddans depending on the phase.

The design is based on buildings of ground plus two repeated floors, with 4 apartments per floor and two elevators per building, surrounded by green areas, artificial lakes and swimming pools. The project is on the Cairo-Alexandria Desert Road at about Km 43 and is close to The Estates Residence compound.
