About Mar Residence

Mar Residence differs from most New Zayed compounds because it offers no villas or townhouses. It offers small and mid-sized fully finished units: studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments delivered with full hotel-standard finishing. Rotana Hotel Management oversees the hotel services inside the project, which sets it apart from conventional residential schemes.

The project has 26 buildings of ground plus three repeated floors, surrounded by Crystal Lagoons, swimming pools and sports tracks. It is linked to Mar Ville New Zayed by the same developer, and carries the name Marresidence with delivery in the last quarter of 2029.

Mar Residence suits three main groups of buyers: individuals and couples who want a small, fully finished unit without the effort of fitting it out, investors aiming at furnished rentals in West Cairo, and anyone who wants a second unit close to old Sheikh Zayed. The advertised price per metre (EGP 130,000 to 160,000) is relatively high, but the full finishing and the hotel services explain part of it, and we go through the numbers with you when you choose a unit.
