About Meadows Park

The project spreads over 40 feddans, mostly set aside for green space and services, and is described as one of the upscale communities of Arco Developments. It is different from the neighboring Royal Meadows compound (240 feddans) despite the similar names, so make sure to check the compound’s name in the unit contract. The project is established and families have lived there for years, so there is no official price list from the developer, and prices are set by negotiation with each owner.
