The large gap between EGP 2.3 and 4.8 million most likely reflects a difference in the date of the prices or in the unit type, so we confirm the actual price of the unit you want with the developer before any commitment. A higher launch price for the project of EGP 9.6 million also appears, without an explanation of what it covers.

Payment Plans

The agreed plan is a 25% down payment on reservation, with installments over up to 6 years (72 months) in equal amounts with no interest, and a monthly installment of roughly EGP 50,000 for an apartment and EGP 101,000 for the penthouse. Delivery is in the first quarter of 2028 (March 2028). The actual down payment for an apartment varies (EGP 513,000 versus about EGP 1.2 million when 25% is calculated), so work out the exact down payment when you contract.
