Beverly Hills is the first residential neighbourhood SODIC launched in west Cairo. SODIC West was launched in 1997 on land of 1.7 million sqm, about 405 feddans, and Beverly Hills sits inside the wider SODIC West community, which the company puts at 1,500 feddans.

The developer

The developer is SODIC, which has been listed on the Egyptian Exchange since it was founded in 1996. In 2021 a consortium led by Aldar of the UAE together with the Abu Dhabi fund ADQ acquired the majority stake. The company’s headquarters is inside Polygon Business Park in SODIC West. Its best-known communities in west Cairo include Beverly Hills, Allegria and West Town, alongside SODIC East in east Cairo and its coastal projects.
