The developer’s largest project on our pages, at about 3,000 feddans in the heart of 6th of October, near Mall of Egypt, the Wahat Road, the Alexandria Desert Road and Media Production City. It offers apartments from 94 to 252 m² priced between EGP 6.3 and 17.2 million, townhouses from EGP 16.5 million up to EGP 45 million, and standalone villas from 180 to 500 m². The client pays a 10% contract down payment and 5% after 3 months, with the rest in installments up to 8 years. Only about 20% of the land is given to buildings, sports fields extend over about 80 feddans, and walking, running and cycling paths reach 225 kilometers in length. The site sits on the ring road leading to the Wahat Road.
PX Compound October
On 370 feddans, apartments start from EGP 9,536,000, in sizes from 78 m² (one bedroom) and 114 to 138 m² up to 170 m², while townhouses start from 213 m² and standalone villas from 420 m². St. Regis Palm Hills October
A hotel-residential project under an international hotel brand inside the PX compound, with 150 hotel rooms, 50 serviced apartments and 150 branded residences. The page describes panoramic views of the Giza Pyramids and proximity to the Grand Egyptian Museum and Sphinx Airport.
